We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. If you parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 07802462191 or lizbauwens@hotmail.com

 

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

 

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
